N is for..


Do nothing for 30 minutes; whether you fond a spot outside, or lie on your bed, try to let your mind drift (NOT thinking about the chores you still have!) for 30 minutes.

I struggle with this, but I have a couple of pals who say it’s very calming and soothing.

Today’s photo is of Nigella (Love In The Mist) that is self sown at out allotment, in a new bed we put in in May, abutting a shed. Pretty and tasty.
