Y is for Yodel

Y is for Yodel

Go on.

You know you want to.

And you can do it privately. If  Frank Ifield can do this and make money, you certainly can do it in the privacy of your own home,

Frank  is a longstanding joke in my husband’s family. I don’t quite understand the background to it, but there were murmurings of playing Frank  at my MiL’s funeral.

I think the girls put a stop to it. DSC_0437 (2)

I love them.

Photo is from the first year we had chickens, and the wire of the roof #MrG made for their run. The sun came out after a spot of rain, all the drops caught the sun and I caught my breath.

A thousand little rainbows, which, as there were chickens beneath, with their eggs, seems appropriate.

Or diamonds. Whichever takes your fancy.

Enjoy yodelling

My first thought was that they were fairy lights! No wonder it took your breath away! Not sure about yodelling – don’t you have to be in the alps? 😉

I can sing but I’ve never been able to yodel… not that I’ve ever wanted to! I think of yodelling as I do about knuckle-cracking. Some people can’t, some can – and I really wish they’d stop proving it!
